Mediterranean Nomad is the interior design studio responsible for Las Colinas Residential’s new projects. Located in Jávea (Alicante), it stands out for its unique style that combines Mediterranean essence with a nomadic and contemporary approach. Its designs are distinguished by the use of natural materials, warm tones and a minimalist and welcoming aesthetic.
The studio is led by Silvia Bellot, an interior designer with a creative vision that integrates cultural influences from the Mediterranean and around the world, resulting in spaces that are in harmony with nature and have a distinct personal character.
AECOM, a leading international architecture and engineering firm, is collaborating with Las Colinas Reidential on the design of the Arbórea villas. Recognised for its technical excellence and commitment to sustainability, AECOM develops emblematic projects in areas such as urban planning, hotels and luxury housing. Its approach is based on site sensitivity and user experience, integrating innovative and sustainable solutions that reduce the impact on the environment. This collaboration ensures custom-designed villas that are functional, sustainable and adapted to the natural environment, meeting the highest standards of quality and design.
José Luis Romeu Lamaignère is a landscape architect with extensive experience in designing outdoor spaces that interact with nature and architecture. He has collaborated with Las Colinas on several occasions, participating in the landscape development of several of its residential projects. His approach combines aesthetic sensitivity, botanical knowledge and respect for the Mediterranean environment, creating gardens that provide identity, balance and serenity.
