For this reason, we apply environmental, social and governance (ESG) actions in all our management areas, among which the following stand out.
- Sustainability Plan: since our inception, we have applied a comprehensive Sustainable Development and Environmental Protection Plan developed by the Polytechnic University of Valencia.
- Biodiversity preservation: we conserve more than 200,000 m² of protected natural areas, prioritizing native species and creating habitats with feeding and drinking troughs and shelters for local fauna.
- Efficient water management: we use irrigation with recycled water in common areas and the golf course, with centralized control and automated equipment to optimize consumption.
